Goodwood Race Day
Brilliant weather, good cause, happy punters – the WSAD fundraising day at Goodwood Race Course had it all. John Knight, our President, ran a hugely successful fundraising day in October. Held at Goodwood Race Course on the last day of the season the day started with a Champagne Reception, followed by Sunday Lunch and then a Cream Tea. Over £7,000 was raised for the WSAD Disability Grant Fund. We thank John and his many helpers, both volunteers and members of WSAD’s staff, for organising such a good event.

Dog Racing Event
You may have seen an advance notice for this fundraising
event in the Summer Link-Up. Unfortunately, the dog racing
event in November has been cancelled by the race track.
We now have a new date; 18 March 2010.
