Re-launch of
WSAD local groups
WSAD’s local groups provide an important link in maintaining
the independence of disabled people in their area.
WSAD welcomes one new club for 2008,
the Jack Door Local Group in Crawley. Founded by Jackie Rose
who is herself a disabled member of WSAD. Jack Door meets
once a fortnight and has started with a varied programme
including speakers from West Sussex Fire Brigade and
Lifeline.
If you are
interested in getting involved as a member, or volunteer at
a local level then please get in touch, we would love to
hear from you, as we could always do with new ideas and new
faces! In particular we are interested in people
interested in becoming volunteers or members in Bognor
Regis, Chichester, Crawley or Horsham, Contact
