Re-launch of WSAD local groups

WSAD’s local groups provide an important link in maintaining the independence of disabled people in their area.

WSAD has had a local branch in Littlehampton for many years. In 2009 the new Chairman, Alan Gammon, and local volunteers decided to re-launch the the group to a wider membership and offer a wider range of activities. Meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 3 pm at The Keystone Centre, Wick. In 2010 it aims to have a meeting/event fortnightly. Membership has grown significantly in 2009 and now 20 or more members attend each meeting. If you are interested in joining as a member or volunteer then contact Alan Gammon on 01903 714 896

If you are interested in getting involved as a member, or volunteer at a local level in any of our local groups then please get in touch, we would love to hear from you, as we could always do with new ideas and new faces! In particular we are interested in people interested in becoming volunteers or members in Bognor Regis, Crawley or Horsham, Contact  Lesley Williams at info@wsad.org.uk or telephone 01903 244 457.
